Complaints Procedure

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Eqinenow Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- How Eqinenow Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your door, first contact the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Eqinenow Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@eqinenow.living and include these items:
1. Your name and contact details 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number or form you used, if you know it 4. The provider's name, if you have it 5. What happened, and the outcome you would like
What Happens Next
First, we confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply to our answer and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office, the state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
